We will be joining the Illinois Student Ministry summer camp this year at Lake Williamson in Carlinville Illinois. The dates are 07/18-07/22. Here are a few notes: 1. Payment is currently $225 until 06/01. Starting on 06/02 until the day of camp, the cost will raise to $265. 2. You can use this form for payment. You may pay half now to register and the other half can be paid up until the day we leave. You may also pay all at the time of registration. 3. When submitting this form, you will be taken to the camp's registration page. Please complete their form as well. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING TO THEM. 4.
