SUMMER small groups at GU

Community happens in small groups.  We offer groups based on interest, life situations, and church wide studies.

    Matthew 18:20-For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.  


    Come be a part of our small group, a welcoming space where families can connect, share a meal, and grow in faith together-feel free to bring a dish to share!  


    Meets in the Honea's home on Sundays at 5pm. 

  • Ephesians study at the marler's

    A group of strangers and acquaintances gathering to share a meal, life stories, and Jesus, to grow in to a life long family.  And dogs.

  • Ephesians study at The Ward's

    Young adults are invited to the Wards home on Mondays.  From June 30-July 28 at 6:30pm.

    This group is is focused on helping single parents study together and overcome struggles they may face. During group meetings, children are cared for by volunteers. 

    Meets at church the 2nd Monday of the month.

    We will go through Celebration of Disciplines by Richard Foster.  And discuss how to apply spiritual discipline to everyday life.
